We may deliver in instalments.
If you refuse delivery, we may charge storage or resell the goods and deduct costs.

We remain the legal owner until full payment is received.
7. Returns and Cancellations
You can cancel faulty or defective goods. Notify us as soon as possible.
Goods made to order, unsealed cosmetics, lingerie, swimwear, earrings, pillows, and duvets cannot be returned unless faulty.
Returned goods must be unused, in original packaging.
You pay return postage (except for faulty goods). If faulty, we’ll refund postage if you send the receipt.
Don’t return items by courier - we won’t refund courier costs.
8. Our Liability
We’re not liable for indirect losses (e.g., loss of profit) or delays beyond our control (strikes, power cuts, government actions, etc.).
Nothing here limits liability for death or injury caused by our negligence.
